Policies and Procedures

Application fee and course fees can be paid in the following ways: By credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express) By check or money order By cash payment

Currently, EFL does not add late fees to student accounts, but students who have a delinquent account will not be permitted to class until outstanding fees are paid in full.

Student will be fully refunded all monies paid if English for a Lifetime cancels class prior to students’ start date/s for any reason. Students shall not receive a refund after 72 hours (3 days) after registering for a course. Students who are terminated or withdrawn for English for a Lifetime will not be granted a refund

If English for a Lifetime Language Institute, LLC cancels a program subsequent to a student’s enrollment, (EFL) will refund all monies paid by the student within 3 business days of the cancelled class date. ​

Student accounts more than five (5) business days delinquent shall not be enrolled, graduated, or permitted to receive a transcript of records, certificate, etc., until all outstanding fees are paid in full.

Students must provide notification in writing to the following e-mail address: efl2012@englifeglobal.org to request a refund or stop by the main office and fill out a refund request document. The office administrator will prove document to student. English for a Lifetime Language Institute, LLC will not make refunds to students who are terminated due to violation of the institute’s written disciplinary and or attendance policy, local, state, or federal law.

Class schedules are subject to change, and classes may be modified or cancelled depending on enrollment and other factors.

The minimum age for participation in English for a Lifetime Language Institute is 16 years old. Students under age 18 must obtain parental consent by parents or guardians.

English for a Lifetime Language Institute, LLC may expel or suspend any student whose behavior does not comply with the institute’s rules and regulations. Such offenses may include: alcohol, cigarettes or tobacco; Possession of illegal substances, damage to property, of any kind; unsatisfactory attendance; violent or threatening behavior to others. In such cases, no refund will be given and the student will be liable to pay all costs and or fees.

Any information provided to English for a Lifetime, LLC may be retained in digital format and utilized in accordance with its data protection registration and applicable data protection laws. ​

English for a Lifetime Language Institute from time to time Photograph, record, and shoot video footage of students for promotional purposes (print and digital media). Any student who does not wish to participate should advise English for a Lifetime Language Institute, LLC administration and state at that time the wish not to participate. By accepting these terms and condition the student (and their parent guardian) if under age 18 gives consent to use these photographs or video footage without further consent or notification.

Admitted students may start classes immediately after placement test and applicable fees have been paid.

Aside, SPRING AND SUMMER BREAKS, EFL will not hold classes on the following holidays:
